Injection moulding

BM production plants are equipped with systems for the Injection-Moulding of thermoplastic techno-polymers (PP, PS, ABS, SAN, PPO, PC, PC/ABS, PMMA, PA, etc.) structural or semi-expanded.

BM Group manufacturing plants are provided with Injection Moulding Machines with hydraulic and/or mechanical clamping system, with clamping force ranging from 60 to 1,600 tons.

  

  BM has a wide experience in the injection moulding of plastic components and is equipped with the most modern moulding technologies, such as for example the compact, the gas-assisted and the counter-pressure injection moulding.
