BM engineers’ support continues after the moulding optimisation through surface finishing definition, assembly and packaging definition.
Overall our manufacturing process (i.e. raw material selection, injection moulding, finishing, assembly, packaging and delivery) is defined according to the analysis of the technical, aesthetical and logistical requirements, in order to achieve the demanded performance and identify cost limit.
Reliability of both product and process is verified by FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
